Our products are meticulously selected to provide our customers with the premium quality and value that they've come to expect from us since 1926. Occasionally a product will not meet those expectations and we will do our best to work with our customers to find a solution. Because circumstances can vary, returns must be considered on a case-by-case basis. The terms and conditions below are meant to be used as a general guideline and does not guarantee that we can accept an item as a return. Please see store for complete details.
Our Merchandise Return Policy
All merchandise purchased online MUST be returned directly to our store (no online returns available at this time).
No refunds or exchanges can be given for special orders , damaged goods, clearance items, gift cards, or any cut-to-order goods (i.e. - engraved ID tags, rope, chain, burlap, etc.)
All merchandise returned for a refund must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Refunds will be issued on items returned (with receipt) within 21 Days from date of purchase for merchandise that is in salable condition with all original packaging.
If the return exceeds $50, our office may need to issue the refund in the form of a mailed check.
Refunds for merchandise purchased by check require a ten (10) day waiting period.
All returns after 21 days of purchase, if approved, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the refund will be issued in the form of store credit via a WLFS gift card.
Our Returned Check Policy (In store only)
There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks. No exceptions.
